Girls Will Cook/The Art of Fall: Caramel Popcorn

I hope you enjoy this recipe for caramel popcorn just as much as I do. It's easy to make and super yummy to eat. Makes 20 servings
Ingredients:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F. Place popped popcorn in a large bowl.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil without stirring 4 minutes. Remove the pot from heat and stir in baking soda and vanilla. Pour a thin stream of the caramel mixture over popcorn, stir to coat the popcorn.
Place in two large shallow baking dishes and bake in preheated oven, stirring every 15 minutes, for 1 hour. Remove from oven and let cool completely before breaking into pieces.

- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 20 cups popped popcorn
