Easy as Fruit Yogurt!
This fruit yogurt is a great dessert, snack, and breakfast. I have made this several times and it is always a crowd pleasing recipe. I hope you like it!
Ingredients:
1 carton of vanilla yogurt
2 red apples
1 green apples
2-3 bananas
6 graham crackers
3 tablespoons of butter
Prep time: 25 minutes
Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Directions:
Start by chopping up your all of your apples into bite size pieces. Mix the apples together and put them
into a big bowl. Slice your bananas, so they are like tiny disks. Mix these in with the
apples. Put the graham crackers in a zip lock bag. Crush them (I used a rolling
pin), so that they are almost crumbs. Put them into an oven safe bowl. Drizzle the
butter over the crackers and stir, use a fork to press the cracker
down. Put the bowl into the oven and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Pour the vanilla yogurt into the bowl with bananas and apples. Sprinkle
the graham cracker on top of the yogurt. Eat and enjoy!
